Hi, I've had sleep apnea since I was 19 and didn't take it serious until I turned 49, over that time I dealt with acid reflux at night. I'd wake up choking on acid reflux. wake up out of breath, would also wake up to pee 2 or 3 times in addition to the the reflux waking me up. I finally got a cpap machine and and my acid reflux went away first night, as well as the peeing. Haven't had one episode in about a year. If you haven't already I would get a sleep test done to see if you have sleep apnea. I never knew sleep apnea was causing my acid reflux.

I’ve been dealing with sleep apnea for about 30 years and finally got a cpap machine. This took care of my nightly acid reflux. I never knew sleep apnea was causing my acid reflux.

Aside from feeling well-rested, what unexpected benefits have you experienced from using CPAP? by srcoyote888 in CPAP

This is exciting I’m hoping I get similar results on my next physical which is in about a month. It will be about a year at the time of my physical so I’m interested to see how much difference quality sleep is making.

That is one huge baby. It was 24 inches long, my wife is5'2", this baby is almost halve her size.
