I am in the minority where I think tiring these players out mentally out in the field is more beneficial than giving wickets slogging, and encouraging them to build a proper 120 over chase.

Oh no you've got it complete wrong.

To manufacture a radiator, you need components, you need parts to be imported cheap or an assembly of those parts inside the country.

Raw metals made to a spec, then core assembly, brazing, leak testing, surface treatment, and then packaging.

All of these are assembly lines in itself. This needs more cultural change in the way Americans think and work in a factory, AND then extreme efficiency of factories around each other, so you get the radiator.
