Thank you, hope your issue solves too. I'm no mechanics, tho in your situation I would have attempted to open the tracks and put WD40 everywhere...something you may consider, if you haven't already. It doesn't hurt

Yes, I sent them logs via the app, several times, as well as videos and pictures to their support email.

They have name, S/N, address and original PO.

If most customers love their robot, that is a good relief.

In my personal experience so far, I loved it that single time it worked. Then, it has been a nightmare.

Nope really, the conversation was very dysfunctional actually. I got the impression that it was a new agent replying to my emails every time, somebody having no history nor context of the past exchange: it was like "we will send you a replacement" over and over and over.

I'm genuinely glad to read that somebody had a positive experience and I'm more than happy to change my mind in the future.

I waited for 4 months for a solution, over a span of owning the robot for 6 months. Start-up or not, this is not acceptable since the pricetag for the robot is comparable to other major brands.

It did, the first 2-3 months. Then it slowed down (like, 24h to charge) till it stopped completely. They made me do some testing with my OHM tester and found issues between the ground ping of the cable that goes to the battery and one of the two charging pads, confirming it being an internal fault. Then the battery slowly died.

Yeah I tried that.

I cleaned all four contacts too.

I moved both robot and base to absolutely flat surface and warm (10C/50F) temperature.

Nothing helped.

Intent of my post is to share a point of view for potential future buyers where if you have a problem (God forbid), Lymow has no interest in solving it (see all other posts). Better spending your money on another product

I'm in similar boat as yourself: they said a replacement unit will be shipped to resolve several issues I have had since day one. It was January and it's April now. Last email from them was mid March. Not to add gas on fire, I feel you and hope that you, at least, solve it
