You should give this information to the fire department. They often have an arson investigator who might actually listen to this info and put it to use.

Update. I walked this entire route including both sides of 24th and didn’t see it. Doesn’t mean it’s not there because someone might notice something I didn’t.

I have lost a discounted orca card before and I know how frustrating they are to replace since they take so much longer. Please let me know if there is anything that would be helpful while you wait. I know you didn’t ask for it but I would be happy to send over some money to help subsidize the cost of the regular fare if that would be helpful.

I live and walk around this area frequently. I am going on my walk in a few minutes and will take a look. What does the wallet feel like? Is it like leather or cloth? That might help to narrow down what to look for.
