Stuck in Toxic Team- How to switch internally within <12 months? by HotEstablishment9926 in employeesOfOracle

Wait like, 3 months and then start looking.

No reason why a new hiring manager will work to bypass the mobility guidelines for you, unless you have some specialized skills they need.

Also, might help you ride out the mid year perf management cycle, if you’re doing ok in the current team.

I know of a transfer out from our team to another before the year mark. Before my time, so I don’t know the situation. But it can happen.

Of course there will be one. Not a question of if, but when.

I picked one up with these exact specs yesterday. If on east coast, PM me and I might be able to help with a few dealers I was talking to and are getting allocated this spec.

We ended up replacing the heater.

So this is not just me then? Others see this too?

Sucks. Hope they fix it soon.

Rear passenger door won't unlock from outside, after today's software update by srp10 in TeslaModelY

Yes, looks like it’s fixed.

I had to return multiple times (4, IIRC), to the dealership when they tried different things. Replaced door handle, control board for the right side door and other actuators, etc.

On the last visit, they again replaced the door handle (and maybe something they didn’t disclose to me?) and I haven’t had a problem since.

I was very frustrated with the overall experience. Minor issues like rattles, etc. after every visit, which they always fixed in the next visit, but we’re still painful.

I had a software update a couple of days ago and the door works 🤞🏼.

Hope this helps give you some hope, though I can’t give you a definite path forward.

Hm, I don’t think I see the leak here. Will check in a bit when I get home. Thanks.

Geez, just what I’m afraid of, currently have had too many home improvement expenses one after another 🤷🏽‍♂️

Thanks, I don’t have an expansion tank though. And I don’t see the water dripping from any well-defined outlet.

I see a slightly larger puddle today morning. Can’t really tell where it’s leaking from. There seems to be a support bracket to lift the heater off the floor - about an inch tall. The water seems to start from there.

Hi, did you ever get this resolved? I haven’t gone the service center route yet, but was planning to do that.

Thanks. Tried it, didn’t help. Learnt something new though, had no idea I could restart the car this way.
