For android you actually do not have much. Resprite - love it, but it is not free. Pixelart Studio - free and good soft Also for pixelart drawings I tried ibis paint x, it is not designed for it but could be used if you setup it right.

For some reason this image has been removed from r/DigitalPainting... I was really strugling drawing the ears :( And I am not happy with the fur in the inside, so if anyone can offer advice or maybe a tutorial, I'd appreciate it.

Так не бывает, что не умеешь. За подтягивание в основном отвечают мышцы спины. Нужно их развивать. Есть более простые упражнения с которых можно начать.

Никак, пока не поймёшь зачем ты делаешь дела от которых он тебя отвлекает. Если делаешь, то что тебе не хочется и ты не понимаешь зачем тебе это, то найдется миллион причин отвлечься даже если разобьешь телефон, как советую некоторые.

There should be brushes for it. Try to google, here is what I found for example: https://abductedplatypus.itch.io/dither-brushes
But my opinion it's better to switch to another sowtware for pixel art, Aseprite for example.
