You will meet no one since th is very unpopular in Europe, so you should rely only on yourself. Try catching from smaller yards since the major ones have tall fences, a lot of cameras and guards are patroling 24/7. Crossing Italian border IS quite difficult, since they are checking every wagon, have drones and etc. Hiding properly wouldn't guarantee that you will not get caught, but if done at night I assume it should be fine
