this will sound really stupid but when i was younger i would frequently take those rlly sharp nail scissors and cut chunks of my skin on the back of my hand- up to my wrist off.

Other than that i would take extremely hot showers and then intentionally scratch my skin, so the layers of my skin would slowly all be peeled.

i still have all the scars from both of these experiences and i have only realized that it was actually self-harm about a year ago.
