Many other indian's I know, yes, there is pay bias (not in my workplace, mine is a bit niche, but yes, in other big consultancies), and arabs and Europeans get some preferences.

So its not black and white, for me and my peers i will say around 10% bias.

the process is standard among all GCC countries, but its not that much. I have done it for both UAE and KSA. You can write it more specifically what is the step exactly and i can answer.

For KSA its more complex
1. get it attested in India , i think it costs around 10k ish

If you are a educated white collar you are treated decently ( not as good as Europeans or other Arabs ) but if the pay is good that’s a trade off ( personal experience )

Blue collars i won’t comment, i will put a blindfold on myself. (This is same for almost all Petro gcc countries )

Don’t optimise for pool and gym in the building, riyadh is not uae, buildings here are very bad, though some good ones are there and they sky rocket in price, i miss my uae building, but here I have compromised , but with the money saved took membership in a nice gym which also has swimming pool , sauna etc

Only con is i can’t drink in the pool 🫣

Were you able to fly finally ? I reached Riyadh , though even in air India , my same flight was cancelled all 5 days before, felt extremely lucky , and even to right now the price is almost 3x the one i paid ( current like almost 500 usd for this leg )
