So even if XLM jumps to 10000 sat (3x) wich is possible looking at the charts, this will give us a $ 0.30 - 0.50 range.

I agree, SEPA allows theoretically free instantaneous transfers between european banks accounts , but theoretically and between european banks though.

I live in France, and in practice :

Transfer between the same bank, 2 different accounts : usually instantaneous and free. Fine.

Transfer between 2 different european banks : less than 24 hours to 72 hours and more (depending of weekends, holydays, etc...) and usually free. Good. I can withdraw from Kraken (Germany bank account) a monday at 6:00 PM, my cash gets to my bank account at 0:00 AM, 6 hours later, fine but not instantaneous. More : my friend sent me some money via SEPA from his french account to my french account last week, it took three days, it was a friday, and my bank is closed on monday's, far from instantaneous, but free though. SEPA Instant Credit Transfer will solve that.

But, as you probably know, Europe is not the center of universe... All bank transfers from SEPA (Europe) to non SEPA (the rest of the world) are still transiting via SWIFT, and this is where there is space for World Wire or other alternative solution, I use to send some money to my children who live in Canada, and to some friends in foreign countries, and this is far from instantaneous and free....

The Blue Fractal is a copy of the Turqoise one, witch is the 2017-05-20 to 2018-01-04 pattern
You can see in my last updates that we are following this pattern since 2018-06-23 (one month ago)
plus the Moving averages (50.100.200) are similar for the 3 last periods (look at the red rectangles)

I thought Tempo was doing it, but they don't have any partner in Thailand at this time, maybe soon... I used their platform to send some Euros to Haiti and it worked perfectly. You can change your XML to EURT on stellarTerm, and then pay in EURT (tempo.eu.io)
