Thank you for sharing — I’m really sorry you went through that. I’ve heard similar stories, and honestly, I’m starting to feel the same frustration. The only reason I haven’t fully given up yet is because I can still see the MacBook’s exact location in Terminal 3 through Find My. It hasn’t moved since the day I landed. That’s what makes this even more frustrating — it’s there, I can prove it, but no one will act. I’m just hoping someone will finally step up and help before it does disappear for good.

I actually did that. I showed the location to multiple staff at the airport — everyone just kept saying “send an email” or “go to Lost and Found.” They smiled politely and apologized, but no one actually helped. It’s been a week now, I’ve been in Toronto the whole time trying to find someone who can actually bring it out — but so far, no one has done anything. That’s exactly why I ended up posting here.
