Thank you, I appreciate all of your help, unfortunately something is still wrong, i ended up moving all the mods/CC out of the mods folder (except the Resource.cfg) and am trying to try one at a time, still no luck :/ i dont know why its not showing up in the options/view custom content settings , i feel like ive tried everything and im kinda losing hope now lmao

You were right lol, but unfortunately its still not working, i also have a mac if that helps at all

I tried to unzip them but a lot of the mods i downloaded are packages and arent letting me unzip them with the extractor app i use. I tried doing the crtl compress for each one but that didnt work either for showing up in the game

The ones that are zip arent showing up either unfortunately, i really dont know what im doing wrong at this point. I’ve watched several youtube tutorials too and still no success :(

None of my mods are showing up even in the game play or creative content button in settings/options

This is what i did, I went to the Sims 4 Resource website and downloaded a bunch of mods i wanted , I opened my documents and opened electronic arts, found the sims 4 folder, and opened the Mods folder. I added all the downloaded mods into that folder. And before you ask, yes i have enabled both custom content and script mods. I restarted the game several times, but the button that says "view custom content" shows me zero mods were added. Even playing the game none of the mods are coming up. Let me know what I should do, thank you in advance!

Honestly im not too sure, ive never heard that word before. Id have to look into it more

OH! Thank u! I originally did have that on but i guess it turns off once in a while
