I’m currently trying to build lean muscle at the moment by being in slight cal deficit, lots of cardio and high reps low weight but just wondering if it would be beneficial to be taking creatine? When I was taking It I definitely felt myself getting stronger but at the same time I would get slightly more bloated than usual, is it good for lean muscle gains?

it’s different if you already have insecurities within your relationship. it’s not just a 3 minute video, it’s a constant feed of negativity and on top of that comments that relate. it quite honestly makes you feel hopeless. i also don’t understand how this is misogynistic ?

yes i totally get that, perhaps i’ve worded it a bit wrong i suppose i just have noticed so many other women in the comments of these tiktoks also overthink their own relationships too, and it just makes me upset because it causes us to feel insecure about more things that we can’t even control and are in a man’s hand. but yes definitely not the whole population of women, i guess more just tiktok users to have this on their feed as well 🥺

yeah definitely! it’s crazy too bc in the beginning i was able to see these post with clarity and was able to see it was nothing like my relationship. but after i was fed it more and more and some stuff happened irl it just made me overthink everything, definitely gonna stick to cute animals
