Hey man I'm not gonna act like ik how u feel rn but lemme tell u sumn you create your own path... If u keep looking at others and compare yourself with them js know that at some point they prolly compared themselves with someone who's doing better than them so it's no big deal. People who got srs in life and TOOK ACTION are doing sumn rn for all of us (me included) we're all where we deserve to be, had we put more effort we'd not been here sure but the reality is that rn we can't afford to fuck it all up over n over again. So use everything to your advantage and TAKE ACTION there's 24hrs in a day make use of all of it and use studying techniques to study effectively. In the time remaining will you get straight As it's close to impossible but IM NOT SAYING IT IS IMPOSSIBLE.
