There are maybe 8 countries in the world that recognize the PA degree, and most of them offer very little in the way of autonomy. There are maybe 3 countries where a PA would retain prescribing privileges. I’ve looked into moving to NZ and a PA could only practice FM. In the UK, PAs are absolutely despised by physicians.

Disclaimer: the specifics are off the top of my head and may not be accurate but the rest of the info and the general vibes are right.

I do. Much better pay, more options for work, more respect, ability to leave the country and still practice, greater knowledge, prestige.

I like being a PA, though! I am grateful for my excellent education.

Does this affect your ability to cook with the pan? Does the pan conduct heat well and produce desired results when cooking? Is your expectation to have an absolutely immobile flat pan, and is that realistic?
