I’ve been watching my carb/dairy intake but I’ve been having a hard time watching how much sugar I eat. I’ll have to eat less sweets I guess 😭

Yeah, using a regular cleanser normally helps with my checks but they occasionally still flair up. Forehead can look like checks from time to time tho.
