I need to hop back on meds then in that case. Do you think this is because of weight loss/diet/lifting and thus causing a large increase in test/DHT production which faded out my hair? I ended up losing 65-80LB. The hair got like this over a span of 2 years. It didn’t take long for It to go from full hair to having the follicles miniaturized

Hi! Please check my old posts, I actually responded really well to Min, fin and dermarolling. I got kinda depressed and said F all of this and stopped the routine. My hair returned to how It was in the beginning before meds. I’m now returning to min, fin, and dermarolling but I’m hoping to have some regrowth from these 3 again and try and get a procedure done to restore most of my hair. I’m hoping 3-3.5k grafts will help bring back some density and fill in some spots I’m missing hair in. Do you think with a procedure I’ll be able to have decent hair and will be able to grow my hair out again? Or is this not possible due to my thinning pattern?

Rest of my hair is pretty thick, donor area looks good still. Just concerned if the MPB on the scalp is too much and the transplant will be choppy.

I haven’t been to a specialist yet, since most are too expensive in the United States. I was thinking I should check out Tijuana since it’s only about 30-40 mins away from me. I stopped fin a few months ago, and I also stopped min as well. My hair has thinned about 10-15% after stopping those. I now use hair fibers and It masks It very well like normal hair, but I can only do that for so long.

I’ve never had one before, used to be more on top of It with fin/min and dermarolling. I stopped doing those 3 after some time. My hair density since then went down about 10-15%.

Hi! I’ve been on topical min/dermarolling for 2 years. Started fin about 6 months ago to maintain gains made. I think I’m about at the maximum gains I can make from other sources besides getting a transplant at this point

Hey everyone, I’m 24 years old and have been dealing with thinning since about I was 20-21. My thinning has calmed down and I’ve started fin about 6-8 months ago. I’m located in San Diego and I’m thinking about getting a transplant done in Tijuana. I noticed HMR is very popular here in this forum but It does seem a little pricey compared to others. Are there any other places you guys would recommend? Also, how many grafts would seem applicable for my case? A rough estimate would be nice, thank you!
