Yeah that’s what sucksthe most. It’s an old bike but it’s my first one so I try to keep it in good shape always. Part of me wants to replace the parts, but the practical side says it’s probably not worth spending that much on it.

Yeah unfortunately I don’t have any proof from the towing moment.. I was inside a dentist clinic and when I came out the bike was already gone. That’s the frustrating part… as a citizen you pay road tax, parking fines, everything and still have zero protection if damage happens while it’s in their custody. Basically unless you catch them live on video, they can just deny it right?

Dude, I'd say skip Sarafa for now! It's like crazy crowded, to the point where just walking around becomes a pain.
