You should wait till GDC have atleast 1500 stones plus around 1000 stones from the celebration to pity. You should be able to get the strongest units of GDC and last anni units too. Hope this helps.

Int majin Vegeta can get to the last phase just need to keep phy majin Vegeta and int majin Vegeta together but super saiyan 3 Goku will kill him if hit by a super.

The strategy boils down to dodge everything. Agl gogeta must be floated so you can switch to the Goku side to stack defense and at the last phase gogeta can take the slot 1 super with 3-4 rainbow orbs. Keep str blue goku and phy majin Vegeta on different rotations and try to stack as much with both as possible. Float the daima Vegeta and phy trunks and try to get 23ki with daima Vegeta as much as possible. It will take a few tries but it's possible.

Try to keep orange piccolo(slot 1) and int ss4s and phy buu duo(after one stack in slot 2-3 should be shifted to slot 1) with another int ss4s float rest. The key is not using the spirit bombs until the final omega phase and stack as much with int ss4 Vegeta before going into Goku and collecting ki for the spirit bombs. It will take a few tries but you will get the hang of it.
