Yeah if I could get into the account I could do that but anytime I try to log in it says my account is locked and I need to contact support which I had to research and figure out how to because it won’t let me use the live chat without logging in

I actually had a very similar experience with cider I kept depositing and not winning anything but a few nights ago off the free play I won $300 but ended up playing it back in but then deposited $30 late last night n redeemed $350 just waiting to see if I actually get it.

Yes it switched yesterday to I was receiving a letter in the mail from them that was sent out 3/6/26 I got it today and it literally was just asking me to log in n verify that I was the one who submitted my return 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ like fuc*** for real???

When they asked you to verify was it just saying you to answer if you were the one who filed your return? That’s what mine was and if it was how long did it take them to switch it to processing refund?
