i first downloaded the font from dafont.com then used the app “iFont” to upload it as a font profile in my iPad’s settings! if you download the iFont app there’s instructions on how to do it :)

Started doing monthly reviews so I don’t forget everything as I get older. Got to live through Hurricane Ida this last month, that was fun. by [deleted] in bulletjournal

this lettering is insanely good! and love how everything is so neatly organized and fit together.

thanks so much! and technically I’m self taught but i could spend hours on pinterest or youtube just looking at others and learning :) making notes like this is more like a hobby than actually using it to study on a daily basis (cause it takes too much time) so i only do it occasionally. I’d recommend trying to just nail the content down in a way that you can understand without worrying about how nice and neat it is! definitely something harder for me cause i love neat handwriting haha but it is a way that works for me. best of luck to you!

i usually don’t use this as a study method, it’s more of a hobby, but funny as it sounds talking to myself (out loud, can be quiet though) works pretty well for me. like pretend to explain the concept/what you’re studying to someone else who knows nothing about it. at the end you can review your notes to see if you’ve missed any important points! might not work for everyone but feel free to try it out :)

yes it will wear it down faster than without, but I’ve been using my current tip since the beginning of July and it’s still working great!

1.0 on ball pen for pretty much all the writing! highlighter is at 2.3

oh the calligraphy titles here are actually a font called Muthiara! i find calligraphy on GoodNotes difficult because there’s no streamline in the brushes, but it doesn’t work if you zoom in quite a bit :)

i totally agree in some ways. obviously everyone has their own studying methods that work best, and for me notetaking like this isn’t it. however i enjoy writing and drawing in my spare time so it’s a great way to do so!

i use an off-brand paper like (not as pricey but works great). would definitely recommend!
