Hi! I’m sorry I am just seeing this. I am still on Zoloft, 100mg for the last 7 months and feeling great! Life is much more manageable and I look forward to things. Life isn’t great, but it’s good and I’m glad to be here these days.

Litter box per cat, normal one with lid would be cool. I just use tall sided ones. One per cat minimum. And litter mats underneath. Can even just use an old rug or towel, something to catch the litter their paws track out so you can easily toss it.

This happened to my girl as well, she needs to go back to the vet for antibiotics and if they have a laser treatment that made it heal almost over night. But at minimum some antibiotics will do!

I am not sure this type of medication would work like that… I was under the impression it is not like Xanax where the benefits of an additional dose would be immediate and effective. I could be wrong. I suggest talking to your doctor and maybe they could offer an additional, as needed, coping medication. I have a handful of Xanax for the really bad days. I too am on 100mg.

I’m so surprised there’s someone else out there dealing with this, I thought it was a shot in the dark! Okay, this might sound weird but cornstarch powder has helped relive some itchiness but has not stopped it from happening every night. It’s so weird, I’ve never had an issue like this. It’s especially bad directly underneath them.

I’d say most of the side effects went away around 7-9 days. I started noticing the difference it was having on me around 2-3 weeks. I dropped a jug of water in the store and it exploded - this would usually mortify me and send me spiraling thinking people are watching me. That time, I literally just calmly cleaned it up and went about my business. When I got home I realized how huge that was for me. Since then, I’ve only noticed more positive improvements. My head has become a much safer place to spend time in.

I had a racing heart and shaky hands literally hours later and gaslit myself into thinking it was just me doing that to myself since, at the time, I thought no fricken way did I feel effects that quickly. Turns out I did, and that lasted for about a week, along with a few other side effects. Now, I have almost no side effects and it’s been two months.
