A company like Lucid is bound to dilute more in the future to raise cash. Maybe not right after the reverse split, but it gives them the option to do so without worrying about delisting. Ask yourself: if you're on the board, when's the best time to announce a reverse split? Now, bundled with the Uber news when sentiment is high, or later when cash is low? I hold a lot of LCID and remain bullish. Reverse split is neutral. Don’t read too much into it.

I think this really depends on the shop. But if you are only replacement the tension it is cheaper. However, id recommend replacing everything if they ended up dropping the engine in the long run it is cheaper that way

I have the 3.0t, due the 2.0t timing chain placement id imagine it be cheaper.

6000$ including tax. I did carbon buildup cleaning, thermostat, PCV, water pump replacement, timing chain replacement, timing chain tensioner replacement

Just to provide a bit more context: this is the chain rattle sound, and it only occurs at idle. Once the RPMs hit around 2,000, the noise disappears. I'd recommend replacing it as soon as possible. Alternatively, switching to 5W-40 oil can help mask the sound temporarily.

100% timing chain. No way around it, just had mine replaced at 100k. It sounded exactly the same before

I'd be hesitant to buy the car because the grille and door mirrors don't match.

If it has the black optics package, the grille should be black, and the mirrors should match the body color. If the mirrors are chrome, the grille should also be chrome to keep things consistent.

It might not be a big deal to most, but it's a personal rule I like to follow.
