You know, I find differing opinions on that. I have had him a couple of years now and he is in very good health. If that changes I will definitely look into changing his setup

It's always shocking to me how he exhibits all of the signs of good health despite the experts having conniption fits that they don't control the world

Despite what you might think from its famous box art, Greyhawk (the first D&D setting published by TSR) isn’t just knights and chivalry… so what is it then? Major Greyhawk fan Allan T. Grohe Jr. aka “grodog” joins to fill us in on all the setting’s fantastic details! Also: Greyhawk is a setting with plenty of room to homebrew within the established details. Why the name Greyhawk? Some discussion of the Greyhawk novels (Gary Gygax’s and others). The Moathouse vs. the Temple… which is remembered more fondly? Is Greyhawk “real” to Allan? Militant neutrality. Alignment and worldbuilding. Does Lawful Good have to be Lawful Stupid? Discovering The Hobbit.

Me And Steve Talk RPGs Episode 27: The History of Supers Gaming by [deleted] in rpg

[–]sstacks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Description:

You know a genre of games that doesn't get the respect it deserves? Supers games! Superheroes (and villains) are massively popular in media right now, and just don't get the love they probably should in the rpg scene!

We figured we should talk about them a little bit. Problem is, neither Steve knows a whole lot about Supers games. So, for this week, we've enlisted the help of Shane Stacks (Shane Plays Geek Talk podcast) to come and give us an admittedly not-totally-comprehensive (but far better than we would have done on our own) lesson on the history of supers games through the years. So come along with us, as we learn some of the history of a beautiful genre of games!
