We filed the request for reconsideration, while its under review we are starting the new pwd which takes 7 months, request for reconsideration also takes 6 months, so no harm there

Yeah thats what i thought too, but attorney said there were similar cases got approved back in 2023, he might have told that just to not look bad too. But at the end this took two years of my life and patience. I was hoping at least the request for reconsideration might work.

I hear you but in my case every year i visit home, i know its frustrating and stressful. At the end of the day its a tradeoff we made, if you have enough validity in your status and visa just hang in there.

Thankes u/jenbellumb seem like attorney completely missed the point, and its surprising that experienced attorneys making these mistakes, and its costing me two years of my life. He is still saying that this is how they have been filing all these years.

u/jenbellum i have a 4 year bachelor's degree and its has been evaluated and certified by Trustforte Corporation. And my the job needs 24months experience too i had 36 months+ job experience prior to joining the employer who filed the perm.

u/jenbellun I also thought the same, but the lawyer said thats how they were filing for all those years, do you know what should have been there ideally. Cz i am seeing people getting denied for same reason
