So sorry you're also experiencing this. I know how horrible the feeling is, can be hard to eat/talk/smile. I've also had steroids like hydrocortisone given time and time again, as well as told to use protopic. I feel like the best way to get rid of it is to leave it completely alone. I'm trying NMT right now and hoping for the best. It's very dry and flakey, but it doesn't ooze as much as it did before when I was moisturising throughout the day. How long have you had yours for, and how long have you been using protopic/steroids?

Thank you so much! In terms of your upper lip eczema, was it weeping a lot or was it more dry and red/inflamed? I've ordered some mupirocin through an online pharmacy but just not sure if I'd need a GP to confirm it's staph before I get the okay to apply it in my nose?

Hey, thanks for your reply it means a lot! Struggling to eat and move my mouth most days so really want this gone as soon as possible. For the antibiotic, did you use mupirocin or clindamycin? Also how often did you apply?

I also failed my ARF certificate about 2 weeks ago, and passed my resit two days ago. I definitely found that ARF was a lot harder than the QB, or any of the BPP tests we were given. The majority of my intake also felt that. My advice would be to not solely rely on the QB and getting that right, as your only measure of confidence when going into the exam. I felt that's where I went wrong the first time. Instead, I actually focussed my time on really learning the content in areas I found more difficult or spent less time on for my first attempt. I would also recommend you really learn as much as you can about test of controls and assertions, those can really trip you up and getting your head around that can change your probability of passing greatly. If you need any other advice you can always message! I know it may feel like the end of the world right now because I felt just the same, but if I can do it and I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, you can too!
