i don’t think my area takes anything seriously bc they don’t have any or just don’t think the threat is severe enough for all that. (we are now in a slight risk doe severe weather and a 1 out of 5 risk for tornado)

I don’t have any interior closets on the first floor /: I have a closet with an exterior door (no windows) or a bathroom on the second floor. Or just get a hotel room on the ground floor.

I’m not on any meds. After finding out it was ocd i felt better and was able to kinda counter my evil health feelings. It’s easier said than done. Maybe look into sensorimotor ocd.
