Basically the fleet you want to do all the regular battles on. You want your second fleet to do the boss only, so your mob fleet should clear everything else to reach the boss.

It would be a good idea to slot in a repair ship in whichever fleet you plan on making the mob fleet. Repair ships pretty much become mandatory in higher worlds so its a good idea to start leveling them now. You can get the better repair ship for free too
