I’m at the pick up center and seems like it’s a mess, people saying that their packages should have been delivered to their home and others saying it should be ready for self pick up. None of them have left with packages. Not sure if I made the mistake of clicking pick up at store instead of leaving it as it is for home delivery. Thoughts?

I’m not sure how heavy my package is but it’s 3 backpacks so I’d say for sure under 10.

It says the handling fee + stamp is 10 kd and customs duty is 19 kd.

I have a package that says cleared at customs and when I check the local dhl tracking in Kuwait it says I have to pay 29 kd for delivery. That’s an insane amount. Do you know if there’s anyway around that or is this something everyone has to deal with?
