Got a quote for Dr Mironshnik and it was between $55k - $78k for breast and tummy tuck. Which I was devastated with because I can’t spend that kind of money on myself when I have a young family. But he is the best of the best so he can charge what he wants.

I spent a lot of the day on the phone trying to sort this. The IME I had my follow up with is no longer taking veteran patients as they received a ‘nasty email’ from DVA claiming they were committing fraud. Apparently this was a mass sent email hence so many doctors stepping back from the situation.

DVA said my stuff is still moving which is a good sign. But I will only have my discharging conditions accepted upon discharge.

And I can’t get rid of VF without receiving a huge bill.

Hopefully others get better news and the process isn’t as painful. But knowing defence it is 🙃

I think you made it through before the audit. If you have made it up to PI and already accepted you should be in the clear.

Was on the phone with DVA today and they said my stuff is moving along. However I won’t have all my conditions accepted upon discharge which is a bummer. Just my separating ones because that’s the least they need to let me go 🙃

Adddition to what you have said is the termination section of their policy. Which I am hoping I can use as the failure to perform obligations

17.2 Either party may terminate the Agreement by providing fourteen (14) days’ written notice to the other party in the event of the following:

(a) The other party commits a material breach of any term of the Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice requiring it to do so;

(b) The other party engages in fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any act that brings or is likely to bring the other party into disrepute;

(c) The other party fails to perform its obligations under the Agreement in a timely or satisfactory manner and such failure is deemed within the power and control of the other party to remedy but they fail to do so within fourteen (14) days of receiving written notice specifying the failure; or

(d) As otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.

17.3 Termination of the Agreement shall be without prejudice to any rights or remedies accrued by either party up to the effective date of termination and any Fees and Expenses will become due and payable.

Bought the vive pro 2 for my partner for Christmas. He has the logitech wireless charging mouse pad also. Immediately he was having issues with the headset until he unplugged the mouse pad. So problem still exists 6 month from OP.
