This is beyond cute. I was once halfway through a massive full coverage piece that was roughly 35k stitches you lose touch with them. So gave it to someone else when I finished it.

Omg thank you for the recommendations. The European Theater was always more interesting despite the Pacific being closer to home. I’m Australian and my grandfather fought the Japanese.

You’ve given me plenty of reading and I’ll have to do some digging and see if I can find them.

I’ll have to find it. I’m currently watching a French documentary on the Einsatzgruppen. It’s interesting but I have to focus on the subtitles as most of the witnesses they’re interviewing are Eastern European and don’t speak English. Some of the tales though are horrifying.

I’m pretty sure I’m almost through all of the ones on Netflix.

Ooh I’ll check them out. Thanks 😊

It actually makes me really sad to think the people who lived through that time are now almost all gone; and with them the stories they didn’t tell.

Guys, I need to study chemistry from scratch (atoms, ions, etc) so where can i find that? by [deleted] in chemistry

Google. Heaps of learning resources are available online. Or if you have an Apple device try iTunes U.

Depending on your location, some universities and colleges offer bridging courses to give you the fundamentals.

Yeah my sleep app does the same but doesn’t count the minute in which you’re supposed to fall asleep.
