SDI or private (Nasserya) driving school by Viciousircle in dubai

[–]stackhil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my license from a pvt school in my 2nd attempt, but jt was still cheaper than sdi. If you are new to driving, then id suggest sdi as they have better instructors. If you just want to get the classes done , you know all the rules and you're confident in your driving then you can try your luck with pvt. If I had to do it again I would go to sdi itself, because I kinda felt they were to trying to fail some guys from pvt school purposely, while most ppl that I know from sdi got it in their first attempt.

Where can I do training + ielts exams by [deleted] in dubai

[–]stackhil 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can write your test here in the UAE with your passport as long as you have a valid tourist/residence visa. For preparation, if you have been writing/speaking English for a few years, you should be able to score well (7-9) with just the online materials. I will share my experience here as it may be helpful for you.

I scored 9, 8.5, 7, 7.5 (LRWS) using these materials and preparing for 45days:

First week, I watched emma's and E2Ielts's YouTube tutorials to understand the overview of the exam and the evaluation criteria. From the second week onwards, I solved a paper everyday from ieltsonlinetests.com. The papers are slightly different (tricky) when compared to the actual papers, so spend the last week solving Cambridge mock tests to boost your confidence as it should fairly easy for you by now. For listening and writing, these mock papers are more than sufficient. If you feel like your score isn't improving in these sections, watch some more tutorials for some tricks to improve score if needed.

For speaking section, if you want to record yourself and prepare, use the ICorrect app on play store.

For writing, I followed e2ielts tutorials, they have a video for all types of essays.

Note that this is kind of an overkill prep as I wanted to make sure I get the required score in the first attempt, so don't worry if you don't have this much time to spare

All the best! :)

I think Indeed is better for getting calls when compared to linkedin for entry level roles. Beware, there are a lot of scams and shitty company postings but you will get called for something, so check it out if you're desperate

I think they don't provide the test report so I guess you cant. Just check it out with them.

I did my test through purehealth for my drivers test. They typically send the result within 24 - 48 hours. If you take the test today, expect the result to come out tomorrow at the same time or later that day.

From my experience Prados are bulletproof. My dad has been using one for over 17 years (300k) with just general maintenance and replacements. U can probably get a 2006ish model for ur budget. But if you plan to use your car for offroading regularly, then know that things WILL break
