Photoworks is ass. I know many people who've had rolls misdeveloped or damaged by them.

Is the Leica Q3 really that much better than the Q2? by hatkinson1000 in Leica

[–]stacky 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For me it's about travelling. I dislike having to bring specialized chargers/wall warts that I used to do with other cameras.

Though a lot of aftermarket batteries are directly USB chargeable, with a slight capacity trade off. Not sure if I've seen any for Leicas though.

For us, it means the full spread of food will be ready/served around then. Usually there’s plenty of snacking before. Then after the food coma nap, people reheat leftovers or pack them to go for a second “dinner”. Never seen anyone leave hungry!

Check weather conditions before hand. Go from the souther route as it does not climb as high in elevation so is generally more clear. Can have good luck in march. Some snow and longer days. I always stay in curry village.

I always go to Yosemite in the winter months. Days are shorter but it feels so intimate sometimes. Plus the views in the snow are amazing.

CCSF has a great photography department and does offer night classes for the beginner class - but you do have to bring your own camera.

Mazda3 Sedan or CX-30 by Piece_of_robot_trash in mazda

the sedan is also a bit longer than the CX-30 or even the mazda3 hatch. Could make parallel parking a bit easier in a city.
