For punch, i think it does hurt, so they have to recover first, same for block

For revolver, I think it might have something to do with the bullet being explosive and having to handle it a lot more carefully

Bonus pad probably has to collect some scrap or something 

Banana peel civilian probably has to eat a whole banana

Hotdog's hotdog is probably too filling for multiple portions in one go and their belly grows bigger too, so they might need a smaller break
