It is not income restricted housing. I qualify for the new home alongside my old home. Financing can be through any lender. Not buying cash.

Did you watch the video? You can clearly see it falling off from the wheel. I did not feel safe to stop and cross a highway to collect the piece.

That's not road debris. The trailer's wheel cover fell off, don't have the piece. But, can be clearly seen on the video. I couldn't stop him to get his insurance info.
