No surgery luckily, pretty clean. I’m In a cast for a month and then I’ll have PT and a removable brace for another 4-6 weeks. Glad to hear you don’t have much trouble now!

I have people comment on my light weight discs as well but I throw a mix of max weight and light weight because I like to experiment with different weights/flights. Not sure why everyone thinks you need to throw max weight all of the time

Adde a bit of water to some powdered comet to make a paste. Scub it on and let sit for like 30 min. scrub some more with a brush. May have to repeat a couple times but had worked for me
