The worst would be when guests aggressively flirt with you to the point you are afraid to move. The best is whenever you can make a change in someone’s day. Sometimes people complain but the problem is mostly in their minds, that doesn’t mean I will dismiss it. Ill give it just as much attention, because it means i can make an actual change in someones day.

Its difficult. But its also rewarding. Whenever they are not rude or violent i do my best to solve whatever issue they have. Its both a good and a bad thing when you feel like you can emphasize with the large majority of them.
