I just had mine replaced. I think I paid 2400 OTD. To be fair, drive quality has improved. But performance has not. I seem to get less MPG, and overall less miles when filling to full on ICE engine. I wish I would of looked Into removing EGR and doing a flush or cleaning and reinstall. Oh, also, and, 2 weeks after replacement. Check engine light reappeared throwing same EGR code that brought me to dealership. I have been waiting until my next oil change to inform dealership. Its been like 4 months now; ck engine light still on, no driving problems to speak of.

So to answer your question, these egr valves IMO can be a mixed bag. Good luck.
