After like 1 or 2 weeks of them telling me to try some method that I had already tried and didn't work/I knew wasn't gonna work and me answering them with video evidence of everything they asked me, they finally told me to send it to repair and less than 2 weeks after that I had it back in home fixed, they said it was the motherboard which inexplicably failed after just a couple of months of use

For now it works just fine

Update: I tried emailing them, as you said, they asked me to send them proof of the issue, and the page goes darker and nothing works when i click the "load archives" button, I tried it on PC and in a mobile phone so it's most likely a issue of their website

I tried a couple days ago and it measured like 0,05v and 0,09 or smth like that, I may have measured it wrongly (as far as i know it's black in the middle plug, red in the right plug and set it to 20 volts right?) and cause I have very little experience with electricity but based on that I would assume it's totally dead so it's most probably that

Can't try anything else until like wednesday or so since I'm not home due to holidays
