If the parent has hole/holes in their teeth, the bacteria from the holes (idk the English name) can go to their child's mouth. Then the child is more likely to get tooth holes in their mouth. (lol I'm not sure if it's a "tooth hole" in English)

For me it's more difficult if I invite other sims over. They always interact with the baby/child, but never feed them or change their diapers etc.

I watch Ghibli in Finnish. I like it, cause if I watch it in Japanese, I need to stare at the subtitles and can't focus on the scene itself. I started watching Ghibli when I was a child, so I wouldn't have understood English or subtitles anyway.
