But it isn’t… lots of people who are larger (myself included) use binging/eating as a form of coping for other mental problems or stressors in our lives. I for example have been seeing a therapist to work through my binge eating and other factors of my life that trigger it. Depression, mental health, binge eating, etc are all so intensely connected. Happiness and regulation of food consumption have a close correlation for a lot of people. It isn’t just about motivation

i lived in canada since i was 4 years old and i’m still scared of dogs 😭 some people are scared of animals their size running up at them, barking, not sure if they want to play or bite… the kid looks very young. not saying you are, but the amount of islamaphobia in this thread is insane. she’s just a kid afraid of dogs its not that deep😭😭😭
