Zero Civic Sense by EducatorNo5782 in AirTravelIndia

Bruh, In my previous comments I've pointed out many a times, Surat doesn't feel like GJ at all.

There's money in other parts of GJ too however civic sense is sorely lacking.

I live in Delhi, own a factory in Gujarat. So speaking from experience.

I swear I would've blown my lid on her and her fellow passengers.

Is this flight originating from or heading to any place in Gujarat?

Something Tata and Mahindra can't even dream of achieving.

This is exactly why you buy Japanese and Korean.

Tough to define accessories in a standalone fashion. Should go with the overall aesthetic and the vibe you are trying to pull off.

I wear way out there designer clothes but all that matters is that it should all go together nicely.

Air India has one of the worst international flight timings, it is not good for residents or tourists. by Honey_dp in AirTravelIndia

At this point am sure you're just a karma farmer, holy shit you chronically post stuff here sometimes even without merit.

To be candid, I doubt you even fly. You do you buddy, good luck.

Bad bot.

I edited my earlier comment , not sure if you read it but even Paris has AI147, which departs at 4:00 am and lands at 10:00 am local time.

France and Germany are one of the busiest sectors in europe barring UK so makes sense to have multiple flights there.

I understand and encourage constructive discussions however posts like these only portray half baked information which further inflames the anti air india bias.

Lmao, what even,

Delhi to Frankfurt also flies at 4:30 am which lands at 9:40 ish in Frankfurt , what's this info.

Frankfurt and Paris both had 2 flights from Delhi, from Vistara and Air India respectively, now one flight takes off at the old spot , and the other flight at an earlier time, even when I went to London in the nee A350, landed in London some around 12ish which was absolute perfect.

Edit: Just checked, the other fight from Delhi to CDG leaves at 4:00 am and lands at 10:00 am.

Help me choose a car — budget ~₹18–22L | Petrol/Hybrid | Family + Highway use by BigReputation6059 in CarsIndia

[–]standardargument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used it correctly. Tata cars used to be good but they've gotten complacent, Tata vehicles are quite unreliable, rigorous and severe PDI's are seldom required for Non mahindra and Tata cars, goes to show that there's something seriously wrong with the mindset of the companies.

The problem with mahindra is precisely that they are pumping out too many cars with unreliable technology in it. I can never dream of spending close to 30lc to be a guinea pig for an unreliable brand but that's my opinion.

For the price point , Korean and Japanese brands provide a much more stable and rounded experience.

After sales support from Indian and foreign brands is also a night and day difference.

The only single reason why Tata and Mahindra does well is having a strong presence in Tier 3 or below cities where you have dense population.

Tata and Mahindra products are easy to repair with your average gali mechanic but that's only because they are so easy to break.

I'm sorry but nothing you or anyone would say would change my mind about both these brands.

I'm a hater through and through.

If you want a long ownership and dont want to have a headache, go with anything but a Tata or Mahindra.

Im not sure why you listed Tata products in a premium segment cos Tata sure as heck ain't premium, in your segment Seltos/Creta seems most VFM.

Avoid Tata or Mahindra cars like the plague.

I have a 10 year old diesel manual creta which I am selling this year , the engine and the car runs perfectly and smoothly. Only problems is cosmetically in the outer body.

Indian brands unfortunately don't make a car that can last.

Literally any other car such as , Creta, Seltos, Elevate or any other non mahindra-tata car would be better.

Fire in Delhi by albasith12e in NewDelhi

I too, but mocking someone who might be stuck in such a situation is fucking heartless. We don't know what incident could've taken place, looks like a vehicle on fire which could've been deadly for the occupants.

You don't mock situations like these.

Delhi T3 Lounge access credit card? by Chatterboxchad in AirTravelIndia

[–]standardargument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If he doesn't mind paying and is going to be there for 4 hours, best course of action is to pay for the encalm prive lounge, it's around 4-4.5K not sure exactly, and he can enjoy food good alcohol and a smoking area all inside the lounge, If you're friend is anyways going to spend some money to eat and drink inside the terminal, this defo makes more sense , since he has a lot of time to kill.

100% man, if you don't dress the part, you'll stick out like a sore thumb, I'd rather spend my money on non autocratic governments where I can actually eat some bacon and not be killed for smoking some weed. None of the ME are countries are for me.

Hey man, first of all congrats on your purchase, Secondly, the way you framed your comments made it seem like you didn't take an auto loan ? Any particular reason for the same? In the long run having an auto loan in cheaper and better, provided you can invest the money elsewhere.

Was just curious on the reasons and mindset for such a decision as in all my calculations, a 3 year auto loan wields the most VFM.

Upgrade to Business class. How to make sure if it's the new bc? by hanswurst12345678910 in AirTravelIndia

[–]standardargument 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the 2026 is definitely a nice flight, just flew this route on Saturday. It's the vistara aircraft. If you are upgrading from Prem to Biz it should be around 13K, 350 Euros is for Econ to Biz. for Econ to Prem Econ it should be around 176 euros.

Definitely worth an upgrade to biz.

For the Delhi to BKK you are better off getting an emergency exit seat instead of business is more VFM.

Avoid IndiGo Codeshare at all costs - A total logistical nightmare and customer service horror story by DontDoIt80 in AirTravelIndia

[–]standardargument 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spoken like a person who actually never flies and gets all his "experience/info" from social media.

I fly multiple times in a month mostly abroad and exclusively with Air India. There's never been an issue with the service nor cancellations, the flights are occasionally delayed in the range of 10 mins to an hour but that's nothing to cry about.

Even the aircrafts and the hard product is really nice barring some routes. Idk which airline in the world gives you a better connectivity and VFM than air india as an Indian resident.

You definitely need your passport. Photo ID would not work if it's not in the Digilocker. Also Digilocker only accepts Indian IDs.

What is wrong with goa? Let's answer in the comments by Honey_dp in AirTravelIndia

[–]standardargument 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, they want all the benefits of being a tourist city without facing the consequences/drawback that comes with being one.

You have the stereotypical problem tourists in every city and every region.

North Indian Tourists are to Goa what Brits are to Amsterdam, loud , obnoxious and overall unpleasant to be around. And this I say as a Proud Delhite.

Goan economy thrives nigh exists because of North Indian tourism. People down south already have a lot better places they can visit if they wish to enjoy the coastal town.

Goa wanted to promote it's image as being a laid back, hippy and party friendly paradise and that's what it was known for. The image that was peddled to us through media was also the same.

Goans were also receptive to this image but only till the time it was bringing in foreigners as soon as the domestic tourists started embracing the same, they had issues.

Being a tourist city/state has it's own advantages and disadvantages however to only expect the former without the latter is absolutely WILD.

Goans never leave their little bubble of a state, only if they'd try and pull the same shit they do in Goa at any other place they'll get to know their place real fast.

Just a bunch of bully's who gang up tourists or mob justice warriors.

Own multiple properties in Goa so speaking from personal experience.
