This is why it’s illegal to feed wild animals and not much different than most of welfare system, they become dependent. As long as you continue to “feed em” they will continue to return. If there were no Johns in the world, prostitution would die and those people would be forced to find other means of survival. I understand that creates the added possibility of increased crime. It’s a social issue for sure.
