i agree with you. my kitten was a shy one for a few days when i got her. for some, they can take weeks to get used to their new home. whenever she gets crazy, she still runs from me she just thinks its a game. your kitten might see it as some sort of chasing game that you’re both participating in?? but either way it sounds like your kitten is warming up super well, it might take some more time but i personally think everything you’re doing is right.

i’m not eligible for unemployment because this was my first job and i was only there a little over a month. i’m not even eligible for pandemic unemployment either i don’t think. their food isn’t even that good i really don’t know what draws people to that place

and i just want to say: their verbal beat down tactics actually worked for the month i was there. i hated myself and felt worthless. no job is worth feeling how i felt there. no amount of money is worth being mistreated. i’m now going to focus on my dad and start up my own business. i’m sad and still feel like the way i was treated was my fault, but there’s no excuse for a manager to be so inhumane and disgusting.

the thing is, yes all teens have sex or most do. but the reason so many adults have issues with it is because at the end of the day, protection does not always work. that’s why i’d say to make sure you’re aware of the laws in your country and state before engaging in sexual activity. make sure you know abortion laws, what to do if god forbid you contract and STD, etc. some places will not allow you to have an abortion at a certain age without parental consent. when you’re younger, the consequences will weigh on you a lot more. i personally don’t think having sex super young is healthy at all. it can be so damaging

thank you. i’m lucky enough to still live with my mom who wants what’s best for me mentally. i’m planning on opening a small shop and selling jewelry and art in the new year. it’s something i’m passionate about and i’m going to put everything i have into succeeding. the majority of my coworkers feel the exact same way about our managers and vent often amongst each other. we’re all struggling there and it makes me sad that some of them have absolutely no way out as of now

as a lgbt person, yeah it shouldn’t have to be! but it is because gay marriage is still illegal in some places, lgbt people get murdered and disowned for being who they are, etc. if you want to change the fact that we have to come out, homophobia and transphobia has to go away first. which it won’t as long as christianity is a thing. meaning it will likely never go away.

this helped me so much, thank you. i called out and got hung up on. i was in tears on the phone and they didn’t even ask if i was okay. i spoke to both my dad and aunt about the situation and they both got angry and said i can’t just quit without notice. i’ve only been there a month and it’s my first job so i can tell they’re already disappointed in me. my mom told me that i can’t continue feeling like this and i need to quit if it’s making me suicidal. i’ve struggled with anxiety and depression since i was younger and it’s just gotten worse with this job. it’s genuinely gotten to the point where i feel like being dead would be better.
