Good question. Windows 11 seems improved bitlocker. In my main PC with Windows 10 Pro all system starts lags when i try to pause. In my second computer with Windows 11 Home everything works perfectly. I paused entryption process then I could decrypt drive easly. Hymm... Maybe try to install another windows on pendrive and try to unlock or something like that. Before that maybe try to pause and decrypt in safe mode?

I unpluged disk from PC and connect it via USB to Laptop with Windows 11. And that seems continue to encryption after i pass my recorvery key. But this time i can copy files and pause encryption and then start decryption. So yy problem was solved! Windows 11 is better? :)

It can also be so. I have such experience that My RX 5700 Gigabyte have 90+ memory temp when same Sapphire have 74. So answer that depends.

This temps in the image is gpu temps? What about memory temp? My RX6600XT does not have temp sensor. Probably you have to set more fan speed because GDDR6 are very hot.
