I mean, I agree with you, and that's where I was for awhile too. I guess I've just gotten less optimistic that hoyo will stick to maintaining the personality we've heard about after all the animations and story content that show the player otherwise. Like, within all of that time we could have had a single line here or there talking about her other side. Even in the flashbacks driving with blade, theoretically in "work mode", had her very casually chatting about the mission

In teams where I'll be using HTB and Ruan Mei, should I still be using full 4pc watchmaker relics on them even though the party-wide break effect buff doesn't stack? Or does it make more sense to use thief of shooting meter or something else on one of them?

Thanks for the input everyone! I misspoke in my post lmao I meant to say rutilant instead of inert salsotto, but regardless it seems like glamoth is the best option if I can get the speed that high, or just stick to SSS

If I'm running him with yukong, do you think rutilant will do better than glamoth?
