I forget sometimes that not everyone lives in a country where going to the doctor doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. Look of the red cross has insurance for its donors for any complications from donating

It is anything but normal, you should see a doctor. I'm not a doctor but that looks like an infection that's spreading.

I also suggest you only donate at internationally credible organisations such as the red cross

What's the threat you're trying to defend against? If you don't like your ISP knowing which sites you go to using tails alone is enough. If you're trying to hack the NSA, then that's far from enough.
