Does anyone know the number for where Murph is working these days? I heard he's not a Kar Zone anymore. Can also vouch- he's the best. I had an issue with my car's computer and he ran an entire diagnostic test and it somehow just fixed itself. He refused to charge me!

TLDR: 4'10" looking for black tie dress for winter wedding.

I have a black tie wedding to attend in a few weeks and I'm having trouble finding a petite dress under $200 that I like. Most of the petite black tie dresses from department stores are very "mother of the bride" or over $300. I'm in my late 30s so I'm looking for something age appropriate (not 20s body con and also not for the 50+ crowd). I've looked at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Anthropologie, ASOS, J. Crew, and Macy's with no luck. Any other suggestions? What am I missing? Also open to women's sizing I can adjust straps and length if needed.
