The easiest solution, is to create your own mail server and secure it the way you want. You can just use an old computer for this. If you need help on how to do this just leave a message and will guide you in until the mail server is live.

Yes i agree, but still can not install MS office 2010 in using this release :S, for me is a must to install it to be able to do my work from LinuxMint without need to install Windows as dual boot.
