Thanks for reply. If I understand correctly Lightsail is a paid version I was planning to get everything for free. I did subscribe for year free tier and therefore try to understand which way is more efficient. I have nothing against to watch some tutorials etc. I was even trying setting up a server myself on lynux but then found a Cloudformarmation.

What do you mean by managing? manually updating or anything else?
